Benagil - Sea view apartment with parking & pools

Spacious & attractive first floor 2 bedroom apartment in modern block of 14 apartments. Sleeps 5 + infant in a travel cot. Private balcony & separate private roof terrace with sea views, car parking for 1 car, communal pool & a 5 minute walk to Benagil beach. Air conditioning in living/dining room. No air conditioning in the bedrooms. Supermarkets are a 10 minute drive away in Lagoa/Carvoerio. There is no shop in the village. The apartment is approximately 45 minutes from Faro Airport. The space Living/dining room with air conditioning. Fully equipped kitchen with full sized oven, electric hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle and ample crockery, glasses and bakeware for self catering. First aid kit in kitchen drawer. 2 bedrooms (one with king size bed, the other with 3 single beds) sleeping a total of 5 people plus infant in a travel cot. There is no air conditioning in the bedrooms. 2 shower rooms (one ensuite with the 3 bedded room) with shower cubicle, WC and handbasin. One houses the washing machine. White bed linen and white towels are provided. We also provide coloured beach towels which can be used at the pool, on the loungers on the roof terrace or taken to the beach. The balcony has lighting, table, chairs and parasol. The private roof terrace commands almost 180-degree sea views to the South and countryside views to the North and has lighting, table, chairs and parasol. There are also sun loungers, a barbecue and washing line. Guest access Guests will have exclusive use of the apartment, balcony and roof terrace. An allocated parking space for 1 car. Communal pool (unheated) with separate children's pool and sun loungers. Other things to note Check in is after 3 pm on day of arrival. Check out is by 10 am on day of departure. Tourist Tax: The fee is not included in the price of the reservation and is levied on guests aged 13 years or over, and is applied throughout the year according to the stipulated values:- 1€ per night and per person up to a maximum value of 7 consecutive nights per stay/person, between November 1st and March 31st - low season. 2€ per night and per person up to a maximum value of 7 consecutive nights per stay/person, between April 1st and October 31st - high season. You will receive a request, prior to arrival, via the Airbnb Resolution Centre for this payment, rather than having to pay it locally. For bookings during the months of December, January and February electricity will be charged in addition and based on meter readings taken on arrival and departure.
