This gracious three bedroom two bathroom home is the perfect getaway to relax and experience Maine. Our home is located in a secluded area where you right away feel that you are entering a calm and peaceful place. We have tried to make our home as cozy and family friendly as possible. Cozy up by the fireplace and have a wonderful time. In the summer you can enjoy swimming in the lake, hiking, biking, fishing, outdoor bbq, outdoor fire pit and much more. Its a beautiful three bedroom home with a open concept living room, a sun room to relax and a full professional kitchen. Spacious bedrooms and a master bathroom. Lots of windows and view of the lake that lead your right to the deck and spacious garden. We also offer a bbq and patio, 2 docks , 3 kayaks and one canoe which are included in the rent. You have access to everything in the house Our wonderful Maggie (house manager) will greet you at arrival and check out. She will give you a quick tour of the house, provide you with keys, and any other questions you might have. She is reachable throughout your stay if you have an emergencies. She's a local in Ellsworth loves to share all her suggestions about what to do, where to go and great restaurant suggestions. We live in a beautiful secluded area that lives you at total peace and relaxation. Driving to our home takes you on a private road for about 20 minutes in total. Before you arrive at our home you will be driving for five minutes on a dirt road. Then you arrive at our beautiful and secluded home. About fifteen minutes from the house is a local boat rental shop where you can rent reasonable canoes, jet skis and motor boats. Bar Harbor Maine is about an hour away by car a charming town where you can go whale watching, visit galleries and shops, and eat great seafood. National Acadia Park is 59 min away by car where you can visit lighthouses, go on beautiful hiking trails and rent a bike. The local supermarkets are about 30min away by car.
