Located in the equestrian center, 20 m² studio completely refurbished, on the ground floor, on one level. 550 meters walk to shops (butcher, fishmonger, grocery store, pharmacy...), restaurants, children's games, the square (market on Monday and Thursday morning) and the beach. Free parking in the residence - 6 spaces (subject to availability), if no spaces available, please contact me, free spaces 300 m from my home. Bed linen and towels provided. The space The studio includes a main room with a double bed, two comfortable armchairs, a TV, a console that turns into a dining table. There is also a microwave, kettle, classic coffee maker, toaster. In the kitchen area there is everything you need to cook (stovetop, pans, pots...) In the bathroom: toilet, shower, sink (hair dryer in the cabinet). Guest access The studio is located in the courtyard of the equestrian center.
