The living space: The living space is split between the ground floor & 1st floor. The main lounge on the 1st floor is fully furnished with enough comfy seating for all guests. There is a smart 65” TV with sound bar. Kitchen / Dining room: Situated on the ground floor and opening into the garden the fully equipped kitchen has a double oven, Induction hob, Microwave, Dishwasher, fridge freezer, Nesspresso coffee machine and everything else you need to prepare a meal with family & friends. The dining table can seat 12 guests & we also have a high chair. There is also a large flat screen TV & additional sofa’s making this a social area for all to enjoy. Parking: Please note there is only space to park 3 vehicles at the property. 2 in the car port (Height restrictions apply) and 1 directly outside the property. Additional parking is available in the surrounding roads but parking restrictions are in place Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm. The Garden: South facing & Beautifully landscaped with a decked area and table & chairs its perfect for a relaxing afternoon.
