This cozy 2 bedroom condo is located in the beautiful Suenos II complex in Tamarindo. Quiet area within walking distance to nearby grocery and souvenir shops, restaurants/bars and the beautiful beach. Fully equipped condo with eat in kitchen, linens and comfortable furnishings. Back yard outdoor shower. The space Kitchen and sitting area downstairs. Air conditioned bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms upstairs. Guest access Guests can access all areas of condo with the exception of locked storage downstairs and locked cabinet in main bedroom. Other things to note No smoking condo and complex. This included cigarettes, e/cigarettes, marijuana, cigars, pipes. Please go outside either of the gates to smoke. No running, jumping or diving from the side of the pool. Water is safe to drink from tap. Please avoid flushing anything down toilets. Please run air conditioner in bedrooms only at night. Electricity is very expensive. We have a water tank, but when city water is periodically shut off please use water sparingly. When city water is off the tank will typically last 2-3 days.
