The space Large suite with full bath, King bed, sitting area opening onto a covered balcony with BBQ. This unit does not have a "bedroom", it's an open floor plan suite. An additional mattress and linens can be available for a single guest to sleep on the floor in the suite for a total of 3 guests. Guest access Please note this suite is on the 2nd floor of the building with a number of stairs. Other things to note There is a main house on the lakefront of this property that is also hosted as well as an RV between the buildings that is sometimes occupied by a family member. Guests of the Loft have use of the yard/lawn around the Loft building but not the dock or lakefront. 1. This is a family property and we trust that you will treat the home with the same respect you would give to your own. This is NOT a party house or event space. This is a quiet residential neighborhood and we respect our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10PM-8AM. 2. No trespassing on neighbor's docks or property. 3. No shoes in the Loft.
