A Super convenient location! Only 5 min. drive to Hwy 101. A great location 30 min drive to access to Monterey, Santa Cruz, Hollister, Gilroy, Half Moon Bay, Carmel, Big Sur, Seaside, Marina, & more...1 hour from San Jose International airport. Lots of popular Wineries within 7 miles. The space The house is beautiful & quite large. Everything was designed & planned out by the owners in a unique way. The bedroom has a queen size bed and may fit a queen air mattress if needed. Private bathroom with tub and a walk-in-shower. Guest access Living room, Kitchen, Dinning room, back yard patio and laundry room. During your stay We are retired staying home most of time. Other things to note Only one parking spot per vehicle per guest! No RV's, No Trailers. WE don't provide hotel services, such as food or beverages, laundry or room service.
