Utility room: With dishwasher and washing machine, and drying rack. Downstairs bedroom with zip and link twin beds which can be made up to a super kingsize on request and tiled floor. Downstairs wet room with shower, toilet, heated towel rail and tiled floor - perfect for guests with mobility challenges. Separate toilet. - First Floor: Large open plan living room/bedroom 2: With wood burner, 42" Smart TV, DVD player, kingsize bed, beams and en-suite with double shower cubicle, toilet and heated towel rail. Silverstone is just 11 miles away. Diddly Squat Farm is just 20 miles away. There are plenty of walks from the front door either across our own land or on the wide public footpath network. Middleton Cheney itself is a thriving village and has a variety of shops and pubs, and is only a few miles from the bustling town of Banbury where you’ll find an array of shops, bars and eateries. The property lies close to the edge of the quintessential English towns and villages that make up the Cotswolds, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. There are some beautiful drives around The Cotswolds where you can stop off along the way, meander through the quaint streets and enjoy a fabulous pub meal, not to mention home to Clarkson's Farm. There are also many National Trust properties in the area including Farnborough Hall, Canons Ashby, Upton House and Stowe Gardens. Other nearby historic houses to visit include Althorp, Sulgrave Manor and Blenheim Palace. Bicester shopping village is just over 20 miles away, Stratford-upon-Avon is 28 miles and the historic university city of Oxford is just 29 miles.
