The home sits on 7 fenced acres at the top of a Mesa, and backs up to the 23000 acre Balconies Canyonland Preserve. Due to the lack of light pollution, the sky is clear and reveals an abundance of stars. It is a stargazer's delight. The space The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a large kitchen, social area with large HD flat screen TV, and a screened-in porch. The home has a post-modern-ish decor. There is a 40’ Container Home on the property as well. This is a seperate listing and NOT included . Please inquire with the owner if interested in renting both. Guest access Guests will have full access to the home and 4 of the 7 acres. The fire pit and hot tub are shared areas. No Guest are permitted in TheBarn or back pasture areas. When walking around outside at night please bring your phone and use the flashlight to see where you are walking Other things to note No guns or fireworks of any kind are permitted This is not a child-proof or child-safe house TheRanch is dog-friendly. Pets will incur a $25 per pet per night fee. For stays over 3 days talk with the owner about a pet discount. Dogs must be kept on leash at all times except in signed designated areas Parties are allowed but this must be discussed prior to arrival. TheContainer and MainHome need to both be booked at full occupancy for this to occur, and the guest making the reservation must be 25 or older. Underage alcohol consumption will result in a termination of the booking with no refund given. Bring close-toed shoes, bug repellent, a light jacket or sweater and an extra pair of socks. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 11am. Nobody will be allowed to enter the home until the person who booked the listing is present. NO EARLY OR LATE CHECK OUTs AVAILABLE
