On Lake Maggiore, in Castelveccana between Laveno and Luino, above the Rocca di Caldè, a large and bright double room is rented in a period villa surrounded by a centuries-old green garden. The room is located on the first floor, accessible by 2 flights of stairs, with an adjacent room for personal use equipped with a sofa and desk. The owners, a retired couple, live in the villa with their two dogs during the summer and sometimes on weekends. The villa is less than 90 minutes by train from the center of Milan, offering convenient access to the city. The space The property offers a small anteroom with a wardrobe available, adjacent to a bright room for personal use. This comfortable space is equipped with a sofa, a desk and two windows that offer a view of the garden and, further away, the lake. Please note that the sofa should not be used as an extra bed.
