Other things to note This is the lower unit of an up/down duplex that has recently been completely remodeled and soundproofed. While you can occasionally hear heavy foot steps from the upper unit (also an Airbnb) you should not hear voices, tv's or music. The neighborhood is very quiet and respectful and we strive for each of our guests to have the same experience.
