Ashland Business License PA99-101 The space Welcome to the Billiard Room in the historic Carter-Fortmiller House. This room, located in the main house, was once the billiard room where the Carter's and their guests would relax after dinner. It features French doors (your access point) that lead to the shared backyard, an en suite restroom with a small kitchenette, and a compact fridge/freezer, and a shower/toilette in another smaller space. Please note that while we live in the main house, the Billiard Room has its own separate entrance and exit that we don't use - you will be provided with your own door code. The back yard through which you enter your room is shared. Regrettably, we cannot accommodate dogs due to potential allergies from other guests. It includes a queen-sized bed, linens, towels, internet, and a TV. The kitchenette has a larger than normal mini-refrigerator, hot water maker, coffee maker, microwave and essentials. The SmartTV is equipped with Roku and is set to Guest Mode. In Guest Mode, you can sign into your own apps to watch your shows. On a date that you select, you will be automatically signed out. During June, July, and August, you can use our swimming pool. If you need more space for traveling with friends, we have another room called The Carriage House. This ground floor apartment is situated within the main house however, the owners suite is upstairs and on the opposite side of the home. You will have shared access to the backyard garden and the pool. Your room includes a separate entrance (from the main house), access to the pool and yard, and convenient parking. The shared pool is available for use in June, July, August, and September, weather permitting. The pool is not fenced and there is no lifeguard on duty. This home is not suitable for infants or small children. Other things to note The SmartTV is equipped with Roku and is set to Guest Mode. In Guest Mode, you can sign into your own apps to watch your shows. On a date that you select, you will be automatically signed out. Ashland undergoes mowing and blowing every Monday. I've requested our gardener to come after 9 am. Tuesdays the trash collection starts early. We have a friendly Belgian Shepherd named Maggie. She has her own designated pen which we will leave her in for your comfort, but if you are enjoying the yard and are a dog lover, feel free to let her out of the pen. The back yard is shared with guests staying in our Carriage House apartment which is in a separate building across the yard.
