A separate entry for someone who appreciates privacy and a safe and comfy space. Work a little, rest a little, enjoy a cup of tea with the birds and squirrels on the patio. You have your own bathroom w/shower, a mini-fridge and microwave. Perfect if you are staying for weeks/months fulfilling professional contracts or training south of Portland. Close to Tigard beauty schools, Meridian Hospital, Portland Community College-Sylvania. Max stay 13 weeks - designed with traveling nurses in mind. The space In 'micro' fashion, this is ideal for 1 person who has somewhere else to be and a home-base for recharging. No pets. No smoking. No guests of guests. We are water and recycling conscientious. Guest access You may park in the driveway next to the garden beds (as can the other guest, first come first serve) or on the street. Then enter the side cedar gate. The door to your space has a code assigned to you prior to your arrival. During your stay I am always available via messaging. This is part of my home where I work and live, and offer two private entry tiny apartments to working professionals. Though Your space is setup for our mutual privacy and security, you will likely hear me and see me or the other guest during your stay. Other things to note The qualified guest is vaccinated and employed. Please be prepared to evidence both.
