Moab Glamping! Enjoy the camping and outdoor experience in the comforts of this Large Destination Trailer RV! Located at Moab RV Resort, this RV is setup and ready to use upon arrival. Over 50% of our guests are first time RV users! The family friendly park is about 5 miles from Downtown Moab, and short drives to Arches & Canyonlands National Parks. This is not a pet-friendly rental. Happy Glamping from USA Camping Company! The space This rental has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 Baths and sleeps up to 6. This rental includes: • The main bedroom has a queen bed. The bunk room has a fold out queen size bed plus 2 twin bunks. The sofa in the living room folds out as needed as well. The bunk bed is only rated for 150 lbs. • All bedding and towels are provided • Bath soap, shampoo, and dish soap are provided • Fully stocked kitchen to cook your own meals which includes basic cookware, flatware, dishes & glassware. • Full Hookup to water, sewer, electric • Free Wifi and Cable TV • AC & Furnace • Full Bathroom plus half bath. (RV Park also has Communal Bathrooms w/additional showers if needed.) • Standard Coffee Maker w/filters (bring your own coffee grounds) • Fire pit, picnic table & gas grill (propane provided for grill, firewood for sale at park) • Slide outs to ensure ample space and additional comfort • On site coin operated laundry room (bring your own detergent) Requirements to Rent: • Park quiet hours of 9pm-8am is enforced • No smoking, no pets, no bikes inside • Not required, but we kindly ask you to remove shoes while in the rental, particularly in carpeted areas • No more than two licensed vehicles of any type are permitted per site. • Extra parking for vehicles and trailers is available but not guaranteed.
