FREE 24/7 Electricity No charges for electricity or Wi-Fi — it’s all included in your stay! 3. ENERGY CONSERVATION – Please Help! There are 18 split-unit air conditioners and over 200 recessed lights throughout the home. Electricity in Ghana is significantly more expensive than in the U.S. or Europe, so we kindly ask guests to: ➡️ Turn off all ACs and lights when leaving the house for extended periods. Your cooperation helps conserve energy and protect the environment. 4. FREE Backup Generator In case of a power outage, a standby generator is available 24/7 for your use — no additional cost. 5. FREE Cleaning Service There are no cleaning fees during and after your stay. 6. SMOKING POLICY 🚭 No smoking indoors. Smoking is only allowed outside in the compound. 7. IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENT All guests must present a valid passport upon check-in. Visitors or guest assistants must also provide ID. ❗No ID = No entry. ⸻ 🎉 HOSTING EVENTS (Weddings, Parties, etc.) Events are allowed for a one-time fee of USD $499.00, regardless of how many events (up to 3) you host. Event Guidelines: • Events must take place only in the compound. • Maximum of 150 guests per event. • No additional cleaning fees if you clean up after yourself. • The house and compound should be returned to the condition they were in at check-in. • Laundry (bedsheets, towels, etc.) will be handled by the host. • Don’t want to clean? Pay $199.00 for full end-of-stay cleaning.
