Newly refurbished cozy apartment room with all the basic necessities. You will feel at home here and enjoy 100% privacy with a private entrance leading to your room. The neighbourhood is secure and quiet, with both desi and western food options nearby along Ring Road and DHA Phase 5/6. Ring Road will allow you fast access to the city centre and airport. Both Male and Female guests are welcome. You will be hosted by a friendly family who will always be around if you need something! The space The room comes with an attached bathroom, large cupboard, work desk, wifi, and air conditioning. This space is ideal for a single person (Male or Female) and we accept bookings of up to two months. We do not accept couple bookings for now. Guest access The room has its own private entrance next to the lift lobby (See the last picture). You will be provided with your own set of keys allowing you to enter/leave the room whenever you want. Other things to note Do: - Leave the room in the same condition that it was provided to you. - Be respectful to the neighbours. - Lock the entrance door after leaving and entering. - Turn off all electrical appliances when not in use. - Save water - Avoid loud noise during quiet hours: 10 pm-8 am Don't: - Smoke inside the room or lift lobby. - Consume alcohol or illegal drugs. - Bring over visitors without permission. - Indulge in any illegal activity. - Take or misplace room belongings such as decoration items or bathroom supplies. - Operate the air conditioner at less than 25°C
