The space An "L" shaped motel built in 1952 with the second story added in 1961. Completely renovated, clean, quiet, comfortable non-smoking facility. Located off the main road with unobstructed views of Pikes Peak and an easy walk to Garden of the Gods. Your home away from home, bring your toothbrush and the family for an adventure in the Pikes Peak region. The kitchen has a microwave/vent, dishwasher, 5-burner gas stove/oven and a double sink. Kitchen cabinets are filled with flat wear, utensils, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, and cups, coffee maker with coffee condiments, toaster and mixing bowls. We have bottle our own shampoo, conditioner and lotion, stocked in the bathrooms with cotton towels. You can bring your own groceries or purchase from the local farmer’s market or grocery store. Guest access Our coin operated Laundromat is open from 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m., or upon request. The ice machine, iron/ironing board are located in the Laundromat along with a stationary bike. The gardens are fenced to keep the deer out but may be accessed at any time. The office is open from 7:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m., with friendly staff to assist you.
