Panoramic loft house with sea and mountain view

Enjoy the impressive view from our stylish accommodation - also suitable for families. The house is made of wood and just finished this year. Living, sleeping and dining rooms are located in a spacious room, which is reminiscent of a loft. Another bedroom with a bunk bed is housed in a separate room. The space When you enter the house, you enter directly into the open living room. Here, the large bed, the living area and the dining area are combined in one room. From everywhere you have a panoramic view of the sea, Canoa and the dry forest. The windows can be pushed open and are still protected from mosquitoes by a large net. A little further is the kitchen, also with large windows and views. The bedroom with a loft bed is housed in a separate room that can be locked. Guest access The loft house is tucked away in the guarded urbanization "Los Aposentos." We will gladly provide precise directions. If you come by taxi, please tell the driver "Los Aposentos." From the main road towards Jama, turn left into a small path and then cross a river, which is very shallow from April onwards. The paths are accessible in summer with any car, but very uneven. In winter, the paths can be partially muddy if it has rained heavily. The house is on a mountain and offers free, covered parking. Other things to note The road to the house is not paved, but it should generally not be a problem for any type of car. From May to December is the dry season, and it rains rather little and the roads are easy to drive on. Even in the rainy season, the roads are passable, as it is usually very sunny and the roads thus quickly dry up and become passable again. To get to our property, a river must be crossed, which is possible at almost any time with any type of car. 1-2 times a year during the rainy season, the river can sometimes not be crossed for a few hours. However, this only occurs very rarely in the months of January to April and is possible again after a few hours. This year (2023) there is the assumption that there will be the phenomenon of La Niña, and we had more rainy days than usual. Here we will be in close coordination with the guests, and if a guest cannot arrive, we would of course refund the money.
