Less than 5 miles from BUR, Universal Studios, NoHo Arts District, The Metro. Central to all LA! Markets and restaurants next door to the west (NoHo Arts district):and to the east (Burbank) Private entrance, airy bright space. No full kitchen, Mini-fridge, microwave, coffee-maker, toaster electric kettle. Private covered patio. From the patio, through a separate entrance step into and through the bathroom foyer to the bathroom. In the studio find a robe and slippers for your use, yoga mat, cold water and snacks, fruit and wine. Coffee with half&half, or tea and continental breakfast with your choices if available. Parking for one, no additional guests on property. Not appropriate for those with physical disabilities. Guest access Private one room back house with adjacent private bathroom off of private patio. Separate entry from main house. The driveway will be open for ease of check-in and departure. If you request driveway parking I make it available. Registered guest only please.
