We are local to multiple golf courses and a fantastic driving range. Underwood family farm and equestrian centers are within walking distance. Just 30 miles from Hollywood The space he Pool House is the premier vacation spot on the property. Owners live in the main house that is very separate and private from the pool house. The Carriage House is also available for rentals situated between the estate house and the pool house. The Pool House includes private front and pool side porches. The Ranch’s resort style pool and spa, tennis, pickle ball, putting course and park space are shared, but may be privately reserved and full court lights available per request/fee. Parties are not allowed due to Airbnb insurance and guidelines. Please inquire if you are looking for a bridal party weekend, wedding prep, rehearsal dinner, family reunion or other gathering needs. We work with the local wedding and event venues and respect what they specialize in and are always willing to partner with them to provide your perfect wedding weekend. Our goal is to give you a peaceful experience while keeping aware of our amazing neighbors acres away. 1030pm is the valleys quiet hours. While open fires are not allowed, gas/propane fire pits for your s’mores or heating are provided. Any special requests are encouraged as our goal is to provide a unique venue that is unrivaled in the area. The Pool is heated seasonally, we can heat during winter months for $100 per day. we do need 2 day notice as it is a resort size pool and requires advance time to heat for you. Guest access -Pool 10am- 10pm (shared with other ranch guests from 10am- sunset, after sunset it’s private for pool house guests until 10pm) -No lifeguard on duty, no fence -Spa will be heated upon request -ball courts 1st come 1st served -provided sports equipment -hiking trails on property/close by -large community fire pit -various gazebos on property -small forest/tree swings/zip line -this is a rural space that comes with nature, be aware of your surroundings. Other things to note The Carriage House @ Olive Hill Ranch (2 bedrooms, 1 bath, sleeps 4) as well as The Airstream @ Olive Hill Ranch (1 bedroom + pull out couch, 1 bath, sleeps 2) are additional accommodations available. We have other sleeping accommodations available if entire venue is booked - talk to us about venue needs.
