Custom furnishings, designer remodeled kitchen & bathroom, refinished original wood floors , huge river rock wood burning fireplace , to name a few. Enjoy the outdoor mountain serenity in our new Cameo 61 jet hot tub or take a short walk to the pristine waters of Lake Tahoe and Speedboat Beach. Rover is welcome too! The space The Enchanted Cottage offers a true mountain living experience with a rustic flair. Our cabin only a short distance from the Rat Packs stomping grounds. The history of this area is endless. We are only a short driving distance to Incline Village, and Kings Beach. If a coziness romantic or family get away is what you are looking for in your holiday escape , look no further. You will make wonderful Lake Tahoe memories. We offer our guests, endless amenities including board games galore, high speed internet, HDTV with a large number of channel options, Blue Ray player, as well as Netflix . The cabin offers an array of custom furnishings and luxury bedding that will offer you the essence of comfort and a true Tahoe mountain living experience. The kitchen and bathroom have been completely remodeled . The kitchen has been designed with beautiful alder cabinets, a gorgeous mountain style carved Brazilian Madagascar granite backsplash and counters. Newly purchased stainless appliances including a top of the line full size gas stove with convection oven and air fry feature perfect for your delicious meals . The kitchen also offers 3 types of coffee makers, rice cooker, crock pot, waffle maker, food processor . You name it, we have it. In the living room we just purchased a new Lazy Boy sofa as well as a 50"Samsung LED Smart Plus HDTV . There is also a new TV in the master .The beds were replaced new July 2023. In the master a Cal King Stalva luxury organic mattress in the master bedroom, as well as Beauty Rest mattresses & Serta Sleepers in the other bedrooms . Our guests claim we have the most comfortable beds. The cabins newly remodeled bathroom has a beautiful tile / pebble shower with a custom-made vanity by Into the wood Studio ~ Larry Berger and vessel sink and waterfall feature. Our outdoor offerings on the expansive deck include a large Nex propane grill and a new Cameo Sundance 61 jet spa with water fall feature , available for your year round enjoyment. In the winter, we have multiple ski resorts in close proximity. Diamond Peak is a meer 10 minute drive away with Northstar 20 minutes. If you choose not to drive there is a shuttle bus that will take you to either Northstar or Palisades Tahoe, which is only a one block walk. In the summer you may also enjoy a large patio set. The cabin’s huge yard also has a horse shoe pit as well as a wood Corn Hole game ( sorry summer only) The cabin is a short walk 10-15 min. to Speedboat Beach and we have 2 single kayaks , this year we have added 2 kayak carts . There is also 1 SUP as well as 4 reclining beach chairs, ice cooler , floats etc with a wagon to take to the beach. ***NOTE** Summer items available only from Memorial weekend until cold and snow Weather permitting. Also, our cabin not a lake front or lake view, but a nice little walk to get to a beautiful beach. In the winter, our driveway is plowed regularly. 2 cars fit in driveway . Note: there is no street parking. We also have Heat Trak mats for the entrance and out on the deck to the hot tub. Pease follow instructions in the house binder in the house for snow plow.. The cabin also has snow shovels . In the summer you able to park on the streets however Winter is NOT allowed. Easy one level access . And added bonus . We are very pet friendly for a small dog charge per pet. Unfortunately, no cats or puppies allowed. *** NOTE*** when departing or leaving for long periods of time, you the bear electric fence needs to be activated *** Guest access New Sundance Cameo 61 jet hot tub available all year. Patio furniture, a Nexgrill 6 burner grill for the summer horse shoe pit ; beach chairs; wagon for the beach; beach toys; also 2 kayaks and a SUP usually starting Memorial Day weekend Winter there are a couple of sleds, tubes for sledding near by wifi password written inside the house.. Don't forget to roam the grounds for our friendly bear carvings Other things to note The cabin is all on one level. Very easy access We accept dogs at $40 per dog , only 2 dogs max but no puppies.. or cats sorry ***NOTE when departing or leaving for long periods of time. The electric bear fence needs to be activated *** also please note that this year the Lake level is up and at speedboat there is not a Sandy Beach at this point it may change once they let some of the water out of the lake through the Truckee river but kayaking and paddle boarding are great through the beach, but there are numerous other sandy beaches and close proximity that I am more than happy to let you know
