Country farmhouse suite

2-story farmhouse built in 1900, lately remodeled, but retaining some of the charming details of the original building. There is one bedroom with queen-size bed and adjoining sitting room with twin-size sofa bed and a small kitchenette with fridge, coffee maker, and toaster oven with access to an ample deck overlooking country pastures. A country escape located close to Sebastopol, Graton, and Santa Rosa and surrounded by wineries and walking and biking paths. Private entrance and parking. The space Pitched ceilings in the guest room give the feeling of space without losing the coziness. Light and airy rooms and subdued decorating colors add to the calmness of the surrounding countryside. Separate sitting room (where there is a sofa bed and roll-up as well) opens onto a comfortable deck and a small kitchenette in that room makes light refreshment easily available. Guest access Guests will have access to the bedroom, bath, sitting room and deck. If there is a problem with luggage fitting up the spiral staircase, the inside staircase can be used. During your stay I am home most days and will be available if i'm needed. I have a neighbor up the road who will also be available in an emergency. Other things to note I am on a well system and my water has been tested with no contaminants found but it does have a slight mineral smell when the tap is turned on. The outside temp has to be over 90 for the bedrooms to be warm but I have several arctic coolers which when placed around the space work well along with a conventional fan, and of course, the evenings are quite cool and comfortable.
