This exclusive 5BHK private villa features a private swimming pool and is conveniently located close to several popular beaches, all within a 3–12 km radius. The villa offers thoughtfully designed spaces for comfort and relaxation. Four spacious air-conditioned bedrooms are located on the ground floor, each equipped with a king-size bed, TV, and attached washroom. Two of these rooms also feature private balconies overlooking a tranquil pond, adding to the villa’s peaceful ambiance. The fifth bedroom, designed as a family room, is located on the first floor and is accessible via a proper staircase. It includes two queen-size beds, an attached washroom, air conditioning, and a balcony with a refreshing pool view. The property boasts a large, luxurious living area overlooking the pool, complete with three air conditioners, a TV, a comfortable 12-seater sofa, a pool table, a dining table for 12 guests, and a stylish mini-bar counter—ideal for gatherings and celebrations. The private swimming pool, measuring 16×36 ft with a depth of 4–4.5 ft, also includes a separate kids’ pool and a pool deck with three sun loungers, comfortably accommodating up to 15 guests at a time.
