Other things to note Important Information: • Minimum Age: Primary booking guest must be 25+. Exceptions may be requested in advance. • Photo ID: Government-issued photo ID is required after booking. • Deposit: A refundable incidental deposit is required for guests under 25 of $300 and may be subject to change. • Parking: One registered outdoor spot is available onsite. We recommend backing in to the stall. • Security: Exterior cameras monitor outdoor and common areas (hallways and exterior stairs). No cameras are located inside the unit. Pack ’n Play (Crib) • A Pack ’n Play may be available upon request. Use is at guest discretion and responsibility. Guests are responsible for reviewing manufacturer instructions and ensuring safe use. Extended Stay Cleaning • For stays over 30 days, a mandatory cleaning is required every 14 days at $50 per cleaning. • Optional light cleanings may be available every 7 days, subject to availability. • Linens are not changed during light cleanings unless requested for an additional fee. • All cleanings are scheduled in advance.
