We are owner operated! No meeting for keys just arrive at the cabin! We are real people with real jobs just like you! Other things to note The cabin is in the woods. You will likely see and hear critters. The hot tub is for guests 25 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK! We do not offer late check out or early check in. If by chance we can accommodate, there will be a $50 charge per. We do NOT offer refunds for weather or natural disasters. Message us BEFORE booking if you have more than 6 people. Thanks! Dogs (2 maximum) are allowed with a pet fee of $75 (includes 2 pets). But, if you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $200 per pet and you will be asked to leave. Absolutely no fires! Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $50 plus damages. There is absolutely no smoking inside the cabin. An additional $200 fee will be charged for smoking that will go to additional cleaning.
