Pets are not allowed in the beach and country club, and in the condominium elevator. Guests with pet are required to use the stairs. Guest access With the registration fee, guest can access Pico Main Beach, Country club's guest's pool, Al Fresco dining at the beach front, and other Pico Restaurants. Peak Season (All weekends of January, February & July- November. High Season (All weekends of March to June & December) Adult - PHP 1,500 Child (4 - 12 years) - PHP 700 Child (0 - 3 years) - Free of charge. Holy Week (March 25-March 31, 2024) Adult - PHP 1,700 Child (4 - 12 years) - PHP 800 Child (0 - 3 years) - Free of charge. To be able to use the amenities of the Country Club and to have access to the Main Beach, the guest will have to be registered . Note: All payments for the club registration are separate from the unit rental fee. *prices may vary In line with the latest update issued by the IATF, DOT, and LGU, Nasugbu, Batangas is under Alert Level 1. Please be guided by the following COVID-19 policies for staycations: A completed / full COVID-19 vaccination card or government issued / official VaxCert will be required from all guests except those aged 17 years old and below. Guests aged 18 years old and above who are not fully vaccinated will be required to submit a "negative" RT-PCR (nasal or saliva) or Rapid Antigen Test (nasal swab) performed within 72 hours prior to check-in. Guests aged 17 years old and below do not need to submit any requirements, but must be accompanied by an adult / guardian with completed vaccination documents or “negative” test result. Guidelines are subject to change depending on the IATF, DOT, and LGU. Note: There's an on going electricity line problem around the area and they are currently using a generator for all condo units, with a genset rest time of 9:30-11am and subject to change depends on the condition of the genset.
