This is a family friendly single family home in a great location for vacationers! It’s one block from Shipwreck Island, 2 blocks from Publix and Starbucks, 1 block from the beach in a gated community with 2 pools. It’s a great deal for one or two families to stay with their kiddos. I bought this home for my mom and she passed away so now I am looking to rent it a few times a year. Must be over 25 years of age! One of the bedrooms has two twin beds and the other bedroom has a full and twin in a bunk bed style. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with a queen bed (that is VERY comfy)! Guest access Two car driveway as well as one guest parking spot at end of the street. Two pools with bathrooms at the pool location. And of corse access to the beach within walking distance.
