Welcome to "At The Top of The Hill" . . . where the world stops to breathe Our adult-oriented (19+) boutique guest space is located in the laid back village of Peachland, BC. With spectacular views overlooking the Okanagan Lake., we welcome you to come and share the peace and tranquillity of our home. Both guest rooms can be booked together, subject to availability, providing exclusive access to the entire space. The space What we have to offer is a unique boutique guest room in a newly renovated friendly home. Your room plus common area are located on the lower level of our home which provides more privacy for you plus exclusive access after check-in. We only have two double occupancy private rooms available so there is never more than 4 people staying at one time. Enjoy your king sized bed, private ensuite bathroom with rain shower, ceiling fan, large wall mounted TV with cable and WiFi, large walk-in closet and a spectacular view of the lake. The common area, shared with guests staying in the other guest room, offers a kitchenette complete with coffee maker, microwave, fridge, dishes and a sink for you to wash everything up. The lounge area offers a tv, couches and chairs along with a cozy reading nook. Sorry, no cooking facilities are available. A Keurig coffee maker, tea, water tower, cream and sugar are provided with compliments. Breakfast is no longer provided. Each morning, wake up to the fresh Okanagan air while sipping your coffee poolside in a lounger. Enjoy the spectacular views while spending the evening unwinding by the light of the moon in the hot tub under a canopy of brilliant stars. Guest access Upon arrival, Betty and Dave, your hosts, will welcome you. Keys and instructions will be provided and Guests will be required to sign a Liability Release (pool/hot tub). The lower level Common area and the outside Patio area and Pool are shared spaces for guests of both guest rooms. Guests do not have access to the main floor of the house. Note: Guests must be able to climb stairs. At The Top of The Hill B&B is an inspected and licensed tourist accommodation by the District of Peachland. Do you have an Electric Vehicle? + Level 1 charging may be arranged on site if requested in advance at a cost of $20 per 24 hour period, paid on arrival + Level 2 charging is available in downtown Peachland at the 2nd Street Parking Station During your stay Betty and Dave will be available, if you need them. This is your vacation and whatever you want or need, don't hesitate to ask. Other things to note All linens are dried on outside clothes line (when possible); you'll surely enjoy the clean smell of freshness!
