Apartment is situated on the first floor of the house. The apartment is only 5 minutes walk from the beautiful sandy beaches. Also, it is near shops and promenade located by the sea where you can enjoy watching one of the most beautiful sunsets. The space Our space is always tidy, clean and welcoming! This listing is for 1 of the apartments in our recently built house/villa. It is very easy to commute to the town of Pag (14 km, 10 min), Novalja-Zrce (38 km, 25 min) and Zadar (44km, 30 min). Also there are a bus lines to mentioned locations. It comfortably fits three aldults and two children. The bedroom is a very quiet and sunny room. The living area is spacious, comfortable to hang out and relax in. We don't ask for a deposit or cleaning fee.
