We are located in a Tucson Historic Neighborhood, which is excellent for long walks. Close by is the famous "Loop", which is designed with 130 miles of walking and bicycling trails. Like to cook? The kitchen is well decked out with a microwave, gas range, drip coffee maker and French press, blender, mixer, etc. Two sets of complimentary washers and dryers are available during your stay. WiFi and DISH Top 200 channels are provided. There is a community patio with a fire pit for the complex. The unit also has a private, fenced front yard with a gas BBQ for your exclusive use. Front yard has both outdoor seating and dining areas. The nice-sized casita features a queen size bed in the bedroom and a full-sized fold-out sofa bed in the living room. Guest access Guests have access to complimentary washers/dryers with complimentary starter kit of laundry pods and dryer sheets provided. A shared patio to the north of the drive has tables, chairs and a fire-pit. Longer term guests may have mail delivered to a designated mailbox. Other things to note Copper Court is dog friendly. Well behaved K-9’s at least 1 year old and 40 pounds or under are welcome. There is a pet fee of $15 per stay per dog. Limit 2 dogs. Dogs are not permitted on the beds. Excessive shedding may result in additional cleaning fees and evidence of soiled rugs or furniture may result in charges for professional cleaning. Guests are asked to patrol for poop daily.
