Waterfront family home with private floating pool in dock and hot tub jacuzzi. Only a short ride to the fast water to enjoy boating, fishing, wakeboarding, tubing, etc. Nearby wineries, fruit picking or scenic drives. An hour drive to San Francisco, Napa or Sacramento. Access to waterfront restaurant at the Marina by boat and 5 minute drive to shopping plaza with Safeway, CVS, Starbucks, etc. The space 3500 sq ft. home with 3 bedrooms, loft and 3 full bathrooms. The upstairs master bedroom has amazing views overlooking the water, a luxurious en-suite bathroom with jetted tub and walk-in closet and dedicated workspace with electric sit-stand desk set-up with dual monitors and other WFH essentials. The second bedroom has a king bed and loft has 2 beds (queen and full). Downstairs bedroom has a California king bed. Living room has a queen sofa bed. All bedrooms have dedicated workspaces with high speed Nest Wifi internet. Open concept living room, chef kitchen and wet bar with mini fridge. Fully stocked kitchen with coffee maker, full dishware and glassware and cooking essentials. Play pool, table tennis or board games in the game room with TV. Living area has 86” TV and gas fireplace. Watch the sunset on the large, newly renovated covered deck with outdoor dining for 10, lounge seating and BBQ grill. Swim in the floating dock pool or jacuzzi, or enjoy the water in a pedal boat, kayak or 2 paddle boards (included with rental). Tons of water toys/floaties for adults and kids! The pool is not heated, but it usually gets very warm in Discovery Bay in the summer and the sun is enough to heat up the pool by around noon. If it’s chilly, our jacuzzi is heated. Both the pool and jacuzzi are serviced and sanitized every week year round to maintain proper balance and ensure safety. Easy access to fast water, use our dock to side tie your boat or jet ski.
