Wake up in the historic Jewish quarter with views of a typical Sevillian courtyard. Our charming flat is located on a quiet street in the heart of Seville's historic centre. The space It has 74 m2 of floor space and is located on the first floor with a lift. The building has a quiet communal Sevillian courtyard, which makes the flat very bright. During the summer season (from 15 May to 15 October), you can cool off in the swimming pool. It is located upstairs on the roof terrace and is shared with the rest of the neighbours. The property is ideal for up to 5 people. The master bedroom has a 190x180 cm king-size double bed with a built-in wardrobe; the second bedroom has 2 single beds (190 x 90 cm) with a built-in wardrobe and 2 cots available. The living room is spacious and has a single sofa bed and Smart TV. Heating and air conditioning are centralised. The apartment has a full bathroom, where you will find, in line with hotel industry standards, hand soap, shower gel and shampoo for your first night's stay. The property has a fully equipped kitchen with appliances (washing machine, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, ceramic hob and extractor hood) and all the necessary cooking utensils. The apartment also has a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and a set of sheets and towels per guest. The living room is very spacious and has a sofa and Smart TV. The heating and air conditioning are centralised. High-speed WiFi internet connection is also installed in case you need to work. We want you to have everything you need to feel as comfortable as you would in your own home. Minty Stay will take care of the management and assistance during your stay in this serviced apartment. Upon request, the services offered include: regular cleaning, replacement of bed linen and towels, laundry, search for parking spaces in the vicinity, and transfer service to/from the airport or train station. However, beyond the comforts of the flat itself, you can enjoy its location: a 5-minute walk takes you to the most emblematic places in Seville: La Giralda, Reales Alcázares, the narrowest and most famous streets of the Jewish quarter, etc. Near the flat, there is a cycle lane and numerous bus stops. Other things to note Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, although in some cases it may be possible to enter earlier, as long as the apartment is available. The guest can ask the Minty Stay team the day before arrival. LATE CHECK-IN FEE: Arrivals between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM incur a late check-in fee of €20. Arrivals between 11:00 PM and 1:00 AM have a fee of €30, while arrivals between 1:00 AM and 6:00 AM will also have a fee of €40. In these cases, the guest must pay by credit card through a web link that will be sent by Minty Stay. It is important that the guest does not forget the keys inside the apartment during their stay, and especially not to leave the apartment with the keys left inside the lock, as it will block and entry will not be possible. In such cases, a locksmith will have to be called, and the cost of their assistance must be covered by the guest. At check-out time, guests should leave the keys on the living room table and close the front door. The check-out time is by 11:00 AM unless another time has been agreed upon in advance with the host. The cleaning staff will arrive around 11:00 AM; if the guests coincide with them, it will be necessary to allow them access.
