Located at the entrance of the village of Tréziers (Aude), perched on a ridge, the Gite Las Roucatieros is a new, independent accommodation, with large private parking, a fenced garden and a pretty wooden terrace with extraordinary views of the Lagarde Castle and the Pyrenees Mountain Range. Quiet site, ideal for recharging and oxygenating! The medieval city of Mirepoix is less than 10 minutes away with its farmers' market, supermarkets, and many cafes and restaurants. The space - Very pleasant and comfortable cottage, completed in 2022, furnished with quality materials and air conditioning. • Ground floor: 50 m2 - living room with bay window, terrace access, barbecue, castle and mountains view - fully equipped kitchen - bathroom with washing machine - independent toilet – bedroom (1 bed 140) with bay window and terrace access as well as a magnificent view from your bed! • Mezzanine: 12 m2 - sleeping area with 1 bed 140. The mezzanine on the 1st floor is an open space, with a railing, and not suitable for children from 0 to 3/4 years old. The bedrooms are equipped with quality bedding, 140, and storage. The beds are made when you arrive and the towels are provided. The outdoor spaces, fenced, are reserved for the cottage, they allow you to enjoy the garden, the terrace and the view at 180° on the chain of the Pyrenees with in the foreground the castle of Lagarde and at a distance the cathar castle of Montségur. The Gite is completely independent and fenced, while being close to the owners' house. Your furry friends are welcome at the cottage, as long as they bring their bed and limit them to the rooms on the ground floor.
