Casa Baja This waterfront solar round house features a panoramic view of the Sea of Cortez, 3 bedrooms with 3 queen size beds, and a spacious living area. Your group will enjoy their morning meal at the long breakfast bar, and dinner at a roomy dining table. The space It comes with a fully equipped kitchen, replete with a full-size gas range and oven, refrigerator, hot and cold running water. The bathroom boasts a spacious shower, sink and amenities. Other things to note **** All of Rancho Percebu is an off-grid solar beach/camp, air conditioning can only run with a generator. Therefore from June 1st - September 30 we will run the generator from 7pm - 7am only to provide air conditioning. All other power for lights, fans etc will be 24 hr solar battery power. The cost for fuel and generator equipment wear and tear would be prohibitive to run air conditioning 24 hours a day. Thank you for your understanding. Air conditioning will remain 12 hours a day 7pm - 7am unless separate arrangments are made for fuel. -----
