“The Place” Retro Oasis w/Pool, PacMan, & PingPong

Bring the whole group for a retro getaway at "The Place" - complete with large pool, PacMan arcade game, ping pong, darts and of course a full kitchen! Every bedroom features a large 60-in 4K TV and the living boasts a 70-in 4K TV. The back yard oasis includes a large pool, newly-planted date palms trees, an outdoor dining space, and plenty of lounging furniture plus corn hole and Connect4 yard games! "The Place" is centrally located in Indio just minutes from restaurants, markets, and more! Other things to note The city of Indio is fairly strict with short term rentals and has a specific task force to monitor and enforce them. Additionally, in order to maintain positive relationships with neighbors, I have additional rules to which guests must adhere. Please read below and contact me with any questions. -No outdoor music is allowed - Absolutely no smoking inside the home whatsoever - A maximum of 4 vehicles may be at the property (first 2 must park in the driveway, an additional 2 vehicles may be parked on the street directly in front of the house. Do not park in front of neighbor's housing) - The city allows a maximum of 10 guests overnight, 12 during the day - All trash must be placed in the designated trash barrels on the property. No trash is permitted to remain at the curb (guests are not required to pull barrels to the curb, I have a service for this) - Pool heat must be purchased if you would like to use it ($95-125/day depending on the season). SoCal Gas recently nearly doubled the price of natural gas in the Coachella Valley area. The price I charge guests for pool heat is intended to cover the cost of heating the pool with the recent increases in natural gas prices. Thank you for understanding. It can take up to 3 days to heat the pool in the winter (guests are not responsible for paying for the days before they arrive to get the pool heated, only the days they are staying at the home), please keep this in mind if you are purchasing the day of check-in. - Pet friendly with $50 per pet, per stay fee (maximum 2 allowed) - Please pick up after your pet, guests who leave pet droppings will be subject to an additional $100 fee. - No events, parties or large gatherings - Local bookings (guests living in the area) are allowed only on a case-by-case basis.
