This 5 bedroom house is perfect for Workers/ Colleagues, groups of friends and large families wanting to stay in Lincoln close to the city centre. The house provides a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere in a bright, contemporary style house! As experienced hosts in Lincoln, we like to exceed the guests expectations and provide a quality service and place for our guests to enjoy their stay. The space The space spans across two floors and comprises of 5 cozy bedrooms, each equipped with a king/twin bed setup or a double bed and a 32 inch Smart TV. There are 5 bathrooms, out of which 4 are en suites and all have showers. The lower level boasts an open plan kitchen and living room, complete with a breakfast bar that seats 6 people. One of the en suite bedrooms is located on the ground floor, separated from the main room by a hallway. The space is fully equipped with all essential amenities. Please note that two of the larger bedrooms can be configured as either a king bed or twin beds as per your preference. Guests can enjoy access to the backyard area which features a 6-seater patio table for their convenience. If you require any twin beds, please let us know in plenty of time before your stay. Guest access Up to 5 designated parking spaces are provided nearby during your stay. These are on a private road around the corner from the house. (less than a minute walk). Guests have access to the entire property including the back yard and shed. Other things to note 2 of the larger bedrooms can be setup as a king bed or twin beds. Please let us know if you require twin beds in plenty of time before your stay.
