The ground floor is composed of the kitchen, fully equipped, open to the living room. There is also 1 bedroom wich has its own bathroom, with shower and toilet. And a small laundry room. The living room has a magnificient view of the terrace, garden and the pool (3x8 mts). The first floor is composed of 3 bedrooms with private bathroom (2 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds). The outside of the Villa highlights its private pool and a large garden with Thai furniture that will allow you to enjoy it comfortably, and where children can play freely, while you enjoy the meal on the terrace. The house has an area of 195 m2, a garden and its private pool. It is therefore very brights and very weel equipped for the comfort of your stay. There are wifi and air conditioning. Free parking in front of the house. Guest access You have access at all the house Other things to note The time of entrance into the apartment is at 4pm and you have to be gone by 10am. The house must be left CLEAN and in VERY GOOD STATE. These are the terms of the rent contract. This will prevent bail retention. The fridge and cupboards must be empty of food and drink and clean. The rubbishes (kitchen & bathroom) must be empty. The crockery must be clean and in the cupboards. The sheets and towels must be removed and put in the washing machine (if renting). The house must be left clean and in very good state. The sand must be left on the beach and not in the apartment. It’s not the case, thank you to vacuum it before your departure.
