Cozy yet modern summerhouse close to the water

Welcome to your summerhouse. The cabin is ready for you to have a great stay and relax. From the house you can spot the water (if you have good eyes) and the shore can be reached by only a 5 min walk from the house. The space We have strived to create a space which is both bright and cozy. It has a big open kitchen with all appliances and a living room with plenty of space to enjoy a nice dinner for up to 16 persons. The cabin has 3 bedrooms. One with a queen size bed (160cm), one with bunk beds (big and stable enough for also grownups to use) and one with a bed that can be pulled out to a queen size (160cm). The sleeping couch in the living room is 120cm wide and most suitable for 1 person or two children. Please note that electricity will be charged separately based on the actual cost- currently 6 DKK /KWh. It fluctuates presently due to the global energy situation. There are pillows and duvets in the house, as well as tea towels and dishcloths. Please bring bed linen and towels. Guest access As a guest you have full access to the entire house and garden - you will not have to share anything with anyone :-) Other things to note Please note that the fireplace can’t be used. As you may notice on the map and in the pictures, our property has the new extension road leading to the bridge as a neighbor. However, it's still located 40 meter from the house and has a modern sound barrier + it is running 4-5 meter below ground level, so the noise is very limited and not something we notice. In the front garden and in the house, you don't notice the road at all.
