Free parking guaranteed. The space This beautiful apartment is on the third floor of our home in the thriving East End of Pittsburgh. The apartment has its own separate entrance, so you can walk directly up to your own private home away from home! The apartment has its own washer and dryer, too, so you can take care of your laundry for free and uninterrupted! And naturally, there is an iron and ironing board to smooth out any kinks from your travel. We guarantee free parking on our private parking pad- an otherwise tough find in this area! The bedroom features a super comfy queen bed, and the loveseat folds out to accommodate an additional guest. The kitchen has an oven, stove, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, and full-size refrigerator. We provide a stash of tea and coffee for your sipping pleasures. We have opened our home for 9 years of hosting and offer our guests a cozy and authentic experience of the city. Airbnb has changed a lot during this time and there are more properties bought up and thoughtlessly flipped to rent out strictly for profit. These places are often sterile and impersonal. If you want a cozy experience in the heart of the city, living in a way that offers a genuine connection to a sense of place, we welcome you. This is the one property we manage. It is connected to, yet separate from our living space. That said, we are very attentive and responsive to our guests, and also honor their privacy to have a relaxing stay. Other things to note Parking: We offer free parking, which is priority for this area. There are two options for choosing parking that may work best for you, but we ask our guests to choose one at the onset of their stay because we need regular use of the one of these options. Option 1: Street parking— we can register your vehicle to park for free on our street. The nice thing about this is is that the apartment door is street side. The drawback is that street parking can be difficult to find especially at night, so if you plan to be out late, this is probably a less ideal option. If we register your car, I will need your plate info to add to our online parking portal. Option 2: Private parking pad – you are welcome to park on our private parking pad for free. Given that we are row house and the parking pad is behind the house, this option necessitates a quick walk around the block. The nice thing is that you will always have a guaranteed spot that you know will be waiting for you. If you plan to be out late, or don’t like risking a spot not being available street side, this may be a preferable option.
