PARKING SPACE - - - There’s a secured 24-hr pay parking right beside the condo (Eton Emerald Carpark) along Sapphire Road. Another 24-hr parking option is on Ortigas Parklane. Guest access Guests have free access to the adult and kiddie swimming pools, play area, and gym. However, this is STRICTLY BY RESERVATIONS only. Please let me know in advance in case you wanted to try these amenities and I will gladly assist you. Other things to note Please keep in mind the following requirements before entering the condo: 1. Prepare to show any valid IDs in the concierge upon checkin. 2. Only registered guests are allowed inside the condo. CHECK IN - 2pm onwards CHECK OUT - before 11am SELF CHECK-IN process (smart door lock) - - - - 🔔🔔🔔 HOUSE RULES: ➡️1. No parties or events allowed. ➡️2. No pets allowed in the unit and in the condo building. ➡️3. Strictly no smoking inside the unit. Smoking areas: 3rd floor parking or 6th floor pool area. The smell of cigarrette can greatly affect our sofa and bed. This will require professional cleaning to remove. ➡️4. Only registered guests are allowed in the AirBnB. You can invite a maximum of 2 guests as visitors but they cannot stay in the condo overnight. ➡️5. STRICTLY No cooking of fried fish. We will charge atleast Php 5,000 penalty fee for professional cleaning and disinfecting. Clean your dirty dishes before check-out. ➡️6. Do not use the premises for any illegal activity. The unit owner and bldg admin have the right to escort you out of the building if you are involved in any illegal activity. ➡️7. GARBAGE: Guests should dispose of the garbage in the trash can under the kitchen sink. Please leave the garbage bag outside the door entrance during 7am-9am and 8pm-10pm. The building maintenance personnel will pickup the trash bags during these schedule. Please STRICTLY follow this schedule since there’s a Php 5,000 penalty from the building admin. ➡️8. No shoes inside the home. Please leave your shoes in the shoe rack entrance. ➡️9. No exception to check-in and check-out times unless discussed with the host in advance. ➡️10. Damages to the unit will be billed to the guest and reported to AirBnB. ➡️11. Turn off the lights, TV, soundbar, aircon and other appliances when you will be away. ➡️12. Please observe quiet time after 10:00 pm. ➡️13. We will provide enough towels depending on the length of your stay. Additional towels can be requested for a minimal fee of Php50 per towel. Please inform us ahead of time if you would be requesting a towel. ➡️14. Rebooking/Alteration Policy + One time rebooking only. + Free rebooking if 14 days and more before your check-in date. + Modifications are allowed if less than 14 days but more than equal to 7 days (7th to 13th), but guests will be charged a penalty of 50% per night + Modifications NOT allowed if less than 7 days before your check-in date or during your stay
