The Brown Family Retreat

Summary: Just minutes away from Best Friends Animal Society, Zion, Bryce, Grand Canyon National Parks and Lake Powell Recreational Area. The Retreat features two large family areas in a roomy open concept with vaulted ceilings and seating for everyone. Master bedroom has a king bed, 2 bedrooms with queen sized beds, 1 full-size futon provides sleeping for 8 and two full bathrooms, one with a large soaking tub. There are beautiful views of the Vermillion Cliffs to the north and the covered porch overlooks the Kaibab Forest to the south. The Space: This property is a pet friendly property and does require a $50 pet fee if you plan on bringing your furry friends! :) Pet Policy: Pets are NOT allowed to be unattended in the home at any time, please understand and respect our policy:) Guest Access: Guests will have full access to the entire Retreat and property. The Neighborhood: Vermillion Cliff Estates is located just 5 miles east of downtown Kanab and with large expansive lots, you'll enjoy wide open spaces and starry night skies. Getting Around: Convenient access to State Hwy 89 easily takes you to all the national and state parks while providing year-round access. 4WD is not required for the Retreat, but may be recommended for some of the remote destinations awaiting you. Other Things to Note: Please note this home and the entire property are strictly non-smoking. Interaction with Guests: We have a local property manager who is accessible at any time to answer your questions or handle any issues.
