@olivebranchsuite Our private suite is in a safe family area with easy access to So Cali attractions. We do not allow smoking of any kind, noise pollution, parties or visitors. All guests must be registered, we must be able to identify all adult guests by their profile picture. Inviting your guests to the booking with profile picture satisfies the request. The space The suite offers total privacy, it is comfortable, spacious, and very clean. It is part of the main property, but separated by a door that locks on both sides. The master on suite bathroom offers a sunken bathtub/shower, and double sinks. Please pay special attention to the following, 'The bathtub/shower is sunken, as a result, guests must be able to seat at floor height to get in the bathtub/shower, and be able to get up from floor height to exit the bathtub/shower, this set up is NOT recommended for persons with limited mobility and/or balance limitations'. There is a queen size bed, and a twin size sleeper sofa. The kitchenette area includes a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee/tea maker, plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, napkins and paper towels. Guest access Access the suite using the gate by the garage. Please always use our property’s entrance to access the suite NOT the neighbor’s drive way. Other things to note Complementary ROKU TV selection, and WiFi are provided along with an initial hospitality basket, consisting of coffee/tea, water, snacks, cereal, etc. There is no full Kitchen available for suite guests, however we do provide a kitchenette area that includes a microwave, refrigerator, coffee/tea maker, and electric water kettle. We also provide disposable plates, cups and utensils along with regular plates, cups and utensils, if the regular service was used, we ask that you wash all dishes and utensils used, we have provided dish soap and a drying tub underneath the left sink in the bathroom. We kindly ask you NOT to put any food solids in the bathroom sinks, this will cause the sinks to plug, and create a charge to your security deposit, instead deposit all food solids in the trash. Full trash bags are to be deposited in the trash receptacle located outside behind the seating area, making sure they are tightly closed, we would like to keep critters away from the trash. Linens, blankets and towels are provided.
