Newly renovated home in Willowbrook just three blocks from the 105. The house is a 2br/1bathroom. Available for **experienced guests with reviews for 1 month stays.** The house is a flip with new gas stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washer, dryer. Floors are new, kitchen is new! All new cookware, pots, pans, plates, etc. The bedroom is still very simple, but it's a great place to crash near the center of the LA Metro area / not far from the airport. Come on by! The space The space is a prime location: 10 minutes from LAX, 15 minutes from USC, 20 minutes from downtown, 30 minutes from Hollywood, 30 minutes from Santa Monica, 20 minutes to Long Beach. Seriously, it's just right in the middle of EVERYTHING! Los Angeles is your oyster. The house is fresh, you'll have a nice housemate, a private bedroom, and a cute lawn. The room has a new queen bed, new mattress, new sheets, new nightstands, new dresser, and room in the closet for for you. The street has free parking, and a street sweeper comes by once a week. I've been here four months and have had no problems with the neighbors. There are some stray cats around. There is a super sweet dog here at the house: Chester. His a poodle-mix and hypoallergenic. Very friendly and tiny. Summary: this is a good spot for you if you are looking for a great / easy transition month in LA.
