Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Walk out of the backyard and take a stroll on the path that surrounds this private beautiful lake, or just enjoy the view and breeze on the patio. It's 30 minutes to Temecula. 5 minutes to shopping and fwy 215. 30 days minimum stay required. No pet of any kind is allowed. A A separate rental agreement with the property owner may be required before move in. Pool opens from Memorial weekend to end of September. The space Downstairs The front door opens to a spacious living room and a formal dining area. You will enjoy the wide open beautiful lake view from the family room and kitchen/breafast area. There is a one bedroom and a full bath(shower/toilet/sink) downstairs by the kitchen. Upstairs The master suite comes with a balcony overlooking the lake, a walk-in closet , a spacious shower, and two sinks. The other two bedrooms share one full bathroom. There is a loft area for office desk. Guest access all except the cabinets in laundry room, where I store some personal belongings and supplies. Other things to note 2 bedrooms upstairs and the formal dining area downstairs have remote controlled fans. All the remote controll clickers/devices must be returned and place at the same spot (inside each closet for the bedrooms and the rest on kitchen counters). Failure to do so will result in extra charges. There is an EV 240V charging outlet in the garage.
