The Green Room

The Green Room is a guest bedroom on the Top floor of a private home. Named Green because the Linens, Towels & dishes are color corrdinated with Greens. The Green room has a shared bathroom right next to it. The Room has a nice QUEEN bed, a closet, lots of shelves for clothes, a storage cabinet and a desk. It has a great waterfront view out of it's 3 windows where lots of boating & birds can be seen. Smoking is allowed on your tiny private deck where a seat & New Cushion awaits you. The space Beautifully wood finished, vaulted ceilings and fan, with it's own private deck, (good for smokers), this room is large and luxurious. You have your own dorm refrigerator in your room. Guest access This is one room of three that are rented out in a 4 bedroom house. Owner sleeps on the same upper floor as all 3 renters. You share a bathroom with only one other renter, if occupied. Kitchen area is shared, and there is a kitchnette upstairs near your bedroom. During your stay Usually guests treat us like the front desk of a Hotel. Hi, Bye, Call us if you need anything right away, or TEXT us in the AirBnB app. Other things to note The Home Owners Carol and her Husband Bobby live here, alongwith a 5 lb dog and an in/outdoor Cat.
