One small downstairs bedroom available in a quiet Beaumont home. There is one queen bed with a bathroom across the hall and easy access to the kitchen. Near freeways, shopping, restaurants and grocery. 15 Minutes to Casino Morongo and Cabazon Outlets. 35 Minutes to Palm Springs. Minutes to Oak Glen Note: A friendly Labrador Retriever lives on the property and does come inside when I’m home. I want all of my guests to be aware in case there is a fear of dogs or allergies. Guest access The entire downstairs and patio are available to use. Upstairs if for the homeowner only. During your stay I’m available throughout the entire stay. Please let me know if there is anything you need. Other things to note No parties, no smoking and no drugs. Friendly dogs are on the property and come indoors. I'm normally up between 5:30 and 6:30am, so I do use the kitchen to get some coffee and make myself some breakfast. The kitchen is not far from the bedroom, but I am normally pretty quiet. Yard workers come early Tuesday mornings. Trash pick up on Thursday mornings. Expect a little bit of noise those mornings.
