Delightfully bijou self contained studio apartment with a compact kitchen area and separate shower room. King Size Bed with memory foam mattress and two pull out occasional sofa beds sleeping 5 in total (5 means beds take up more space). There is a tv. The Studio has Wi-Fi, making it very suitable for home working. The space Very comfortable self contained studio apartment. Separate shower and toilet, sleeps 4 comfortably. Sink, fridge, microwave, air fryer and toaster. TV. The flat has Wi-Fi. Beautiful views. Separate entrance off main house so completely private. It has a king size bed with super memory foam mattress plus one double sofa bed and a single put up bed. If all three beds are out then obviously there is limited space available. Please Note: there are a few steps to climb to reach the flat. Also the shower is not full size although I'm 6ft 2 in and can use it ok. Due to recent guests leaving excessive dog hairs in the apartment, we have reluctantly decided to stop accepting pets. However, if you have a pet that does not moult please message. The extra cost is £10 per pet per stay. note: We provide one towel per guest. Guest access The flat has its own private front door entrance and is very secure. There are steps up to the main entrance . See picture on gallery if you have mobility problems. Guests can use the gardens and patio area if there are no house guests. House guests have priority. note: the ceiling slopes so is a little low in places note: there may be other guests in the main house as I also rent that out but the annexe has a separate entrance so you should not be affected. Other things to note There is off-street parking available in the driveway. The extra beds, one double sofa bed and a single put up bed, are quite comfy with good mattress toppers along with fresh linen and towels provided (one towel per person). Obviously if all three beds are out the remaining space is abit limited. note: There is no sink in the bathroom. You have to use the kitchen sink note: as mentioned elsewhere there may be guests in the main house as well. The garden/patio area is for main house guests (if there are any staying). Please be respectful note: the ceiling slopes so is a little low in places note: although the WiFi is nearly always OK, it can occasionally be a little intermittent. We're constantly trying to improve the reliability note: there are extra charges for over 2 guests so please enter the correct numbers when searching.
