Other things to note ** EASY CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT PROCESS ** ** PLEASE READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING, BEFORE BOOKING YOUR STAY ** ** Confirming reservation @BellaTerraLago constitutes Agreement (by all Guests) with all of the following routine house and HOA rules, and any added fees or services. Thank you. ** POOL+SPA water heating must be PREPAID, $100/night, 2 night minimum. This must be prepaid 1 day in advance, so that the pool heat can be started the day before your check-in, so the entire pool will be at-temperature in time for your check-in. Prepaid pool heat is maintained at 85-degrees from 8am to 6pm. This fee includes all pool and spa water heating for the desired days. SPA water jets and natural gas heating is maintained at 96-101 degrees. Natural gas usage for spa and firepit, must be prepaid and is $25 per day, if prepaid pool heat is not requested. (SPA-ONLY HEAT). Please use the 90-minute "egg-timer" button panel next to pool & spa to control spa, waterfalls, and lighting. Spa heat can be arranged on day of use, by contacting the host via airbnb app messaging or by phone text message. If pool heat is requested, the $100/day includes Spa heat for all selected days. $100/nt via Airbnb "Extra-Services" or discuss with Host payment options: Includes: pool water heating from 8AM to 6PM, maintained at 85-degrees, and on-demand spa water heating, maintained at 96-101 degrees. Pool heating days must be consecutive, due to high natural gas cost and the length of time for initial heating of the whole pool, prepaid pool heat must be for 2-days minimum. Sorry, pool heat for only 1-night stays will still require 2-nights of pool heat charges, as it takes an entire day to complete initial heating. If you have a 2-night stay, you only pay for 2-nights, even though, I will start heating the pool the day prior to your arrival, so it is ready for you when you want it. Initial pool heating takes considerable time and expense, so pool heating must be requested and paid-for in advance, at least ONE DAY PRIOR to day of pool use, so I can make sure the pool is heated in time for your enjoyment. THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING, AND PROMPT PAYMENT FOR POOL HEATING SERVICE. ** During warmer summer months, the heating charge may be waived by the host. Please inquire! == No lifeguard or pool monitoring of any kind (human or electronic) is present. Use pool at your own risk, and supervise all guests at all times. No diving anywhere in the pool area. Pool water is too shallow for diving or jumping, even in the deeper end. No running or horseplay around pool and spa. No glassware around pool and spa. Consult your physician and use common-sense before using the pool and especially the hot water spa. == NO parties, NO glitter/confetti, NO silly-string anywhere (in entire house or around the pool/spa). I am happy to offer complimentary regular cleaning (meeting strict Covid sanitation requirements), and I only request an easy check-out process with no "chores"; however, I do also appreciate you treating my home with respect and considerate care, as you would your own home. Any excessive cleaning beyond "regular" cleaning, may still incur an added cleaning fee or damage charges via AirBnb AirCover policy. NO glassware around pool/spa. This is for yours, and future guests, safety. NO Smoking/Vaping inside or within 15-feet of any door/window or the house. There is NO indoor garage parking available. ONLY TWO (2) outside driveway parking spots. NO curbside street parking overnight, without advance notice and prior HOA authorization. Contact Host before booking for more details and rules, and any costs for overnight street parking. (3rd vehicle overnight curb parking is $25 per night, only if available per HOA request in advance) ALL guests' full names must be registered at AVE 44th Main entry guard station, and all guests will be asked to provide full name and valid photo ID upon entry into Terra Lago HOA. ** Please enter via the AVE 44 Main Entrance. Many car/GPS systems may direct you to an unmanned transponder-only gate entrance on 43rd. Do not go to this entrance. Specific instructions and a map to the correct entry gate will be emailed to you prior to your trip. ** NO excessive noise after 10PM. This is a patrolled, quiet HOA Community. NO parties or large events. Any noise complaints by neighbors or the HOA Patrol, may result in guests receiving citation by the HOA Patrol and/or the Indio Police Department, and fines are large (up to $750-$1500) and will be submitted to Airbnb Aircover for reimbursement from guests account. NO unauthorized animals or any pets are allowed. Any animals will incur an additional cleaning fee, and may incur an additional daily fee. == Community Fee (1%) - Greater Palm Springs Tourism Business Improvement District assessment fee. Trust & Safety Fee (1%) - this small fee helps cover costs for pre-reservation identity and criminal background checks and commercial insurance with SafelyStay, Inc. This results in the elimination of, or significant reduction in, large security deposit requirements for booking.
