Other things to note *Please put keys back in lock box when leaving the property so keys are not misplaced. * Please remove all rubbish from the property upon checking out. *Please ensure that your vehicles are parked safely off the road and not in peoples driveway. *Please be mindful that we are in a neighbourhood and noise levels should be kept down after 10:00. *Please do not drive or walk through any other property for any reason unless its an emergency as you will be recorded on security cameras. *Please report any damage to property to the property owner/manager. *Please do not drive on the beach front. *Any loss of beach equipment will be charged to the damage deposit.
