Located 20 miles south of Sweetwater and 40 miles southwest of Abilene, you'll enjoy stunning sunsets, peaceful wide-open spaces, and star-filled nights. Nestled in the heart of the U.S.'s largest wind turbine farm, it's an ideal spot to reconnect with nature! Rent this space, two cabins, an air conditioned barn with tables/chairs and you will have the perfect spot for a family reunion! The space Outdoor Fun & Family-Friendly Comfort Relax around the fire pit (weather permitting), enjoy skeet shooting in the pasture, or toss a football in the spacious backyard. Inside, there are two living areas with 3 flat-screen TVs for plenty of entertainment. Sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms with queen beds, and a bunk room with two sets of bunk beds and a full-size bed. The fully stocked kitchen can easily accommodate groups of 10 or more. Other amenities include Internet, satellite TV, a ping pong table, pool table and shuffleboard for indoor fun. Perfect for family reunions, this home is just a short drive from Sweetwater, home of the Rattlesnake Roundup and exciting rodeo events. Additional details: Gatherings of more than 10 are considered, with an extra fee. RV hookups available for $50 per night. A 30x40 barn is available for $150 for the entire stay. Pets are allowed with a non-refundable $75 fee. Guest access Basic rental will include the entire house. For an additional fee guests may utilize the barn and a 50 amp plug for RV hookup. Dogs are considered for an additional $75.00 non-refundable fee. Maximum of two dogs. There are two tiny cabins on the 25 acres approximately 150 feet from the house. Rent this space, two cabins, an air conditioned barn with tables/chairs and you will have the perfect spot for a family reunion. Other things to note Please note this is a dog friendly home, but there is a $75.00 non-refundable pet fee. No more than two dogs are allowed. Please note: All of our properties are completely smoke-free indoors. Smoking is not permitted inside. Outdoor smoking is allowed in open areas only, and all waste must be fully extinguished and disposed of properly. A $250 remediation fee will be charged if smoke odor or evidence of smoking is found after checkout. Also note, we have fairly priced this home for the market. There is an additional modest nightly fee for every person over 6. This offsets the utilities used, the wear and tear, the additional cleaning etc. Please disclose the total number of guests you are bringing. If we determine that you are bringing extra guests over 6 that you have not disclosed we will keep the deposit to offset the cost. This home has access to a 30 foot round shared pool that is chlorinated and filtered. Landscaping and a security fence coming soon.
